I-485 approved

PD: 07/1998, RD: 02/2000, ND: 03/2000, FP1: 05/2000, FP2: 02/2002, AD: June 14, 2002.
I-140 was approved by VSC in 02/2000, but the attorney sent I-485 to TSC by his mistake. Approval notice came from TSC. I went through this tough downturn and suffered alot because of attorney\'s mistake. Is there any option that I can let this attorney pay for my loss?

Finally, as per AVM, the I-485 applications for me, my wife and daughter are approved. My son got an RFE. Do not know what it could be because we have not received the letters yet. It took just 2 years from I-140 filing date (no labor was required for this category). I-140 got approved in Dec. 2000, but indecision as to whether to do consular processing or status adjustment took 3 months and we filed I-485 in March 2001. It took 1 yr 3 months from I-485 filing and 2 months and ten days after finger printing. Thanks a lot to all on the forum. Luckily for us, every step took the average time. I shall update all other sites. I shall be on the forum till a few days after plastic cards are received forus and my son.
 
Congrats to all of you for the sweety approvals. Hope TSC started speeing up I-485 processing

after Mrs Upchurch finally realised that TSC is too behind duing the AILA meeting last week.

guys who got approved

did u get a call for interview etc or more documents other than the one you send in for filing 485
further what documents were carried during finger prints
 
I didn\'t get an interview or supplied additional material

for FP and Passport stamping you need to take only those things that
are listed on the respective notices.That is what I did
