Here is some details of my case:
CSC, EB3.
I am in Ciba\'s list as \'Tkeo\'
Labor Certification process started at November 1998.
Got married during \'LC\' stage.
I-140 approved: 09/00
I-485 (WAC-01-012-XXXXX):
ND: 09/00
PD: 10/00
FP: 02/01
FP for spose: 07/01
No RFE
I-485 AD: 09/01
Approval Notice for myself and spose has been received yesterday in mail.

I would like to give my special thanks to Ciba for his great support for the community.

i thot 485 was taking 4-6 months. Also, isnt FP done at the same time for u and spouse??

My wife got FP notice about 7 month after me

Any lawer says: each case is defferent and could been processed independently.
As for 4-6 month for I-485 case: I would say: it may vary between 3 month and up to "975-999 days" (according to INS AVM message).
In my case it took almost a year for I-485 stage.
