My I-485 got approved on 1/24/01 per AVM. I haven\'t recd the document yet. Thanks for maintaining the tracking list which helps a lot of guys like me. Good luck everyone!!

AP approved Dec 20th, 00 (received)
EAD approved Jan 10th, 01 (not received)
I-485 approved Jan 24, 01 (not received)

I\'ll post my stamping experience at San Jose as soon as I\'m done. I\'ll continue to provide information to my best possible effort.

I think my ND is not 10/00. Sorry for the confusion!! I think my PD also needs correction in your tracking list.
Here is the chronology of my immigration process so far.

PD - Aug 10th \'99
LC Approved - Dec \'99
I-140 Approved - Aug \'00
I-485 ND - Sep 18 \'00
      RD - Sep 25 \'00
FP - Nov 17 \'00
AP approved - Dec 20 \'00
EAD appoved - Jan 10 \'01
I-485 approved - Jan 24 \'01

Hi I am very eager to know about others who may have got their I-485 approved recently.

My PD when I applied for I-485 was 19th May 1999
My I-485 was filed on Dec 8th\'2000
My receipt date for the I-485 is Dec 28th\'2000

The last time I checked the bulletin, I saw that the case date being worked on was Aug 1st\'2000 but when i check new bulletin posted Jan 29th\'2001 , I see that current case date is July 27th\'2000.

How can the case date slip back ? i can\'t understand this. Pls help me understand .

What is the waiting period for I-485 filed in this timeframe ?

Pls respond ! I am worried that there may be a layoff soon.

Don\'t worry about the case date posted on the bulletin. I don\'t think it\'s correct. It\'s not an offical bulletin. So far, I never see the case date being worked on from the bulletin is after Aug 31, 2000. However, lots of cases including mine filed after Aug 31, 2000 were approved. Just wait for your fingerprint notice. Your case might be approved soon. Good luck.

pfbo is right. I don\'t think the date really matters here(from my own experience and seen others too). Pray for your luck !!
