Since I did not require any appointment. I went to Charlotte, NC. and got my PP stamped. It was a very simple procedure. It took only 30 minutes. All I needed was 2 photos. My EAD and AP were surrendered.
 
Ajax, did you instructed to go to Charlotte in the approval notice or just went there.
