Dear friends, my I-485 was approved on 2/19/02.
ND: 08/27/00

I guess the only advice I can give to you all is just be patient and wait for the reply, it will happen, when no body knows. I have closely observed this site off and on and learned a lot, but called INS only once or twice while waiting, as nothing is in our or lawyer\'s hand. I wish every body good luck and best of the wishes in the future.

Good news! Hope they are picking up backlogged cases. I assume yours was non-RFE, not-NVC case, as I check your other posts.

No it was not counselor processed. But I think if you have not filled the counselor packet(I can\'t remember the number) your case is not forwarded from NVC, and does not hold any significant hindrance to your NSC filled I-485.

That true I had no RFE and did not processed Counselor processing, Good luck to you, I know you will get it!!!!!.

BC, Have you used BC which was recieved before filing 485 or you recieved when you were born?
Normally we regester when we were born, later we get BC when we need it.
