NSC Processing Time

So is it fair to say NSC is processing 10/25 Cases as they claim? I guess I am still wishing to see more, or even some cases going into Nov ND to be certain.

Can you verified your RD and ND date. It seemed that most cases around Oct have more than a month between the RD/ND date.
