Though posting here for the first time I thought it would be a good track for the people still waiting for the approval. Got my 485 approval letter on June 7th. Message at INS answering system has still not been updated, so don\'t rely on that. Talk to INS officer if you have any question about your case. Last time I talked to the INS officer I was told that my file has been assigned to the officer.

Got 1 RFE for my wife regarding complete medical report since she was pregnant at the time of her first report so didn\'t take all the test. Hope to get her 485 approval soon after I send the complete medical report.

Got my PP stamped at Newark,NJ on 06/13/01

Congrats!! Can you please let us know when wasyour case assigned to an officer? I am trying to get a picture. My ND is 02/00 and FP 03/01. Still waiting.
