I-485 Approved?

I contacted to Sen. Clinton in three ways - fax, email, and letter. I got no response. Try writing to her anyway AND contact your district congressman as well. http://www.house.gov/

In my letter, I stated that my case is delayed due to FBI name check and I need their help in finding out what's going on with my case, how the delay is affecting me, etc. I provided DOB, nationality, A#, I-485 receipt #, filing office & date. I also attached a copy of I-485 receipt.

Congressman's office will contact FBI for you. Did USCIS ever send you a letter about why it's been delayed?

Not sure if this is a coincidence, but a week after I contacted Sen. Clinton, I received email notices from USCIS that my I-485 had been approved and a card ordered. I suspect its just a coincidence because Sen. Clinton never responded.

But its done now!!
