My attorney found out from INS, she also got the notice in the mail. The AVM is not updated yet.

How come your FP date was 05/01. Did you rescheduled it or they gave you this date. Did you call INS anytime?

FP date

They Just gave me May 1, 01 as FP date. I guess, while some applicants are FPed intially (within a few months of applying), others are FPed after the applications are processed.

No, I did not call INS at all.
