Just check Voice Message. I-485 got approved 2/5/2001. Details below:

1. PD: 7/97
2. RD/ND: 8/99
3. Letter of Intention to Denial(amend I-140 due to merger): 11/07/00
4. Sent everything back including new I-140 application: 11/30/00
5. Call a month later found out I-140 application was misplaced (should be consolidated with I-485). Corrected a few days later.

(1)PD 07/97,EB3 other.
(2)485 RD,ND Aug/Sept. 99.
(3)FP 11/2000.
(4)RFE 01/15/01,send out 01/28/01.
(5)AD 02/09/01.

RFE was sent on Feb 01 but AVM never updated.
RFE was abot Employment letter and form G-235.
I hope this helps.

AVM got updated on Feb05..
