This is my first posting to this discussion board. I have been a silent reader thus far.
Just to let everyone know that my (and my wife\'s) case was approved today (per AVR at VSC). The message says that the case has been approved and an approval notice mailed today.
I was very happy to hear this news. Just like most of you out there, we were going through frustrating times. I had called and spoke to an IIO a couple of times. The only piece of advice I can give is to just hang in there...and your turn should be around the corner.
Case details - EB2, Regular LC (VA), India, PD 11/96, RD 7/27/99 ND 8/10/99 FP 6/23/00 No RFE. EAC-99-237-XXXXX
