I-485 Approved

Hi,

We have just received a long waited message from USCIS informing us about approval of I-485's petitions for me and my family.

Here is the history.

I-140 NIW, not concurrent, TSC
ND: 12/2003
RFE1: 05/2004
RFE2: 08/2004
AD: 09/2004
I-485
ND: 12/2004
EAD: 01/2005
AP: 01/2005
FP: 04/15/2005 :)
AD: 04/29/2005 :eek: :D

A note: After FP, there was no change on USCIS Web site message. Only LUD changed. Then we receive approval message. I was expeting an interview or RFE since my case is NIW. Anyway we're happy. I'm going to arrange an appointment next week. Good luck to you all.

We are almost at exact same boat. I wish that my approval is around corner...

I am in a similar situation. Non-concurrent filing of 140 and I485.
I-140 (EB1-EA):
ND: 1/12/04
AD: 11/9/04
I-485
ND: 2/15/05
EAD AD: 3/3/05
FP: 4/6/05

My I-485 LUD has been changed to 4/7/05, but not the text messages. I heard the FP information is usually updated in the text messages in less than 2-4 weeks. Do I need to worry?
