I got the approval email today around 4.30pm but my case was approved on 15 April 2005.

Thanks to all Guru's in this forum, this forum is very helpful and educating.
I am passing through lot of stress at my job recently since the company is outsourcing the jobs to oversees in China.

Let me know if your notices says anything about passport stamping. I'm hearing that if you did a recent FP(Bio-metric) then there is no need to go for stamping. The GC would be mailed directly. Is this true in your case?

I'm waiting on my approval notice and will post what the messages is.

I have the same questions in my mind. I am waiting for Approval Notice.
As I have been reading in the forum, it is better to get PP stamped.

Just curious, did you have to do 1 or 2 FP's. Any idea why some people get code 1 vs code 3. I had a code 1. I'm just hoping to get the gc soon.

I am sorry I do not know answer to your question that why you got code1.
I did early FP once with code 3 for I -485 on 19 March 2005.
But just for your information I filed my EAD online for that I was asked to go for Bimetrics with code 2. In addition to this as confirmed in this forum
Code 1 means Finger Printing ( all 10 fingers )
Code 2 means Biometrics ( Photo, Signature and Index Finger )
Code 3 means (code 1+ code 2)
