Congratulations! Interestingly enough, my RD/ND are EXACTLY the same as yours. The country is probably different.
I talked to an IIO last week, and she saud that my case hasn\'t been looked at yet. I guess, I just have to wait and see...

We should stop calling them IIOs, because I think the people who answers the phone has nothing to do with application processing. I will not be surprised if there is a call center in a different location from where the phone calls are answered merely from the information on the computer screen. That is probably why they can give you the status of the case but not future schedules or predictions accurately.
