I 485 approved !!!

Just now I got email from USCIS that I-485 for me & wife are approved on 11/18/04, details as below:-

EB3, RIR, RD 10/08/03 NSC Original Labor (somewhere in July 2003)

I 140 approved on 11/10/04.

FP was done on June 18, 2004. Second EAD RD 09/03/04, approved on 11/16/04.
I initiated an inquiry when dates were in December.

It's so good to have your I-140/I-485 cleared in one year. It's unfair to those who have been waiting for I-485 for years though.

Congratulations ! Glad to see that NSC approved your I485 within a week after I140.

After seeing your second EAD approval, I thought NSC stopped doing concurrent approvals.
 
Yea, I was surprised little bit. I am a free bird now, thanks to everyone, I pray the same for you all.

I-485 Changed & Approved 11/17/04 5:00pm
Wife's I-485 is still pending.
H1B will expire on 1/1/2005
