I-485 Approved...

Hello Everyone

Mine and my wife's 485 got approved today. Sent a couple of faxes to TSC regarding expiry of finger prints.

ND: March 23 2003 (I think)
I140 AD : May 25 2004
FP: July 1 2003
AD: Sept 13 2004

I know its unfair to people still in the queue who have been waiting longer than me; but then this is just TSC way!!!

Thanks to forum members and Rajiv for efforts to hold goverment accountable for the delays that they are causing in processing immigration applications.

Does one have to take Payroll stubs & Tax return during Passport stamping? Do they ask any questions? My I-485 got approved on Sept 04.

Nothing you just need to take your Passport, copy of passport ( few times they ask for it ), all of your EAD expired and current ( if you lost some of them then just forget about it), all of your AP expired and current (if you lost some of them then just forget about it) don't forget to copy all the paper for your records. For me they just asked my passport and the process took about 5 - 10 min and I got card after 18 days of stamping.
