Our on line message changed to "This case has been approved. On Apr 13, an approval notice ...... This is realy a surprise!

You are really lucky. There are so many people here who submit the application long before you are still waiting without knowing the ending. May I ask when you did the FP? My I-140 is also EB-1 (a), but I don't get the same luck as you.

Congrats, nothing against you, but there are hundreds of 2001 filers waiting, and thousands waiting from early 2002, now nov 2002 is getting approved.
When will they ever follow any logic. :confused:
 
Congratulations. This is really a surprise. My case is also 11/02, but I don't expect any results for at least another 10 months or so. Enjoy.
