I-485 approved without a RFE for Medical

I had not submitted Medical Reports with my 485 application and was expecting a RFE instead got a letter saying my application is approved and biometrics may be required. My wife did get a RFE asking for Medicals.

What should I do? Should I get my medical reports and mail them referencing the receipt number / A number? Please advise what this would do and I DO NOT want to wait more (34 months of wait so far).

congrats on getting 485 approved....i would suggest you to wait for the RFE letter and take action accordingly

can you tell us your case history of when u got approved, eb category, when did u take last FP and where there any LUD on ur 485 after giving final FP

So, you are saying that I might still get an RFE even after approval.

Please tell us where there any LUD on ur 485 after giving final FP or did u made any inquiry?
 
LUD changed after giving the second finger prints were given.
I did not enquire about my case as I knew that my process was pending because name check was not cleared.
The approval email came out of the blue and I recd the approal notice in mail and also recd the biometrics appointment notice.

My question remains: What do I do? Should I wait for a RFE for medical or send the medical reports before they ask referencing my case number?

Why ur worrying so much? Take the Bios and wait for the plastics. Btw, what year u applied for LC and have yr case ever got transferred from one field/center to another b4??

I think you should wait for the RFE. Once you rec'd it than just send it back ASAP.
