Just received two emails from USCIS!! This case was approved yesterday.

WAC02-265-5xxxx
RD: 08/26/02
2nd FP: 6/5/04
No RFE.
LUDs on 6/9 (2nd FP update), 6/22, 6/23, 6/24, and 6/29 (status
changed for approval).

No update on spouse's case. It still says FP notice mailed.
I dont know when this will get approved.

So folks, if you have seen your LUD getting updated, sit tight and pretty.

Thanks to everyone in this forum for making this extremely informative for people like us. I know certain members deserve more credit but would not like to name anyone here as I am not sure if I can count all of them.

I will update more on my spouse's case as and when something happens.

Man, that's sweet! Congratulations! First evidence we've seen that the 6/22, 23, 24 LUDs might actually mean something. I hope.

Looks like LUD changes is making some sense..
My case is very similar.

EB2, 2nd FP Done in San Jose 06/05
LUD sequence..
06/09 (When 2nd FP recvd), 06/22, 06/23, 06/28 and Now 06/29
but msg was changed only on 06/09 saying 2nd FP result recvd..
Hope to see some activity now..

Mine is WAC-02-242
2FP done on June 10, and received at June 14.
No LUD update since then, why?
 
same LUD pattern for me, but no approval yet

RD 28th June 2002
ND 1st July 2002
2 EAD
1st FP 21st AUG 2002
2nd FP June 4th 2004 (done early in San Jose)
1st LUD changed on 05/04/2004
2nd LUD changed on 6/9/2004 (indicating 2nd FP results were received)
3rd LUD changed on 06/22/2004
4th LUD changed on 06/23/2004
5th LUD changed on 06/24/2004
but no change in LUD today :confused:
and approval yet :mad: NADA , none..
