Any Idea How Long It Take For The Plastic Card?

Regarding the plastic card it can take any time from a month to near a year it all depends on your luck :) ...

Is it true that you can't change job immediately (within 6 months) after 485 approval? When prople say enjoy freedom, I think at least for 6 months you don't see that freedom.
