My wife and I got emails from USCIS about our I-485 approvals. I guess we are certainly one of those lucky ones to get the approvals much ahead of the current processing dates... :)

I have been reading these fourms for a long time now and can't measure the amount of information gained from here...

I wish everyone in this forum GOOD LUCK in their GC process and hope you will also get your approvals very soon.

I am not too sure about the priority date in the LC that I used. Its around July 2001 +/- 1 month EB2.

I have read your posts and I know that you and I have the same kind of case history. I am sure you will receive your approvals pretty soon. Good luck...

PS: My own original labor was filed in June 2001 under EB3 category (by mistake) and was denied in March 2004. So in July 2004, I filed for I-140 using a pre approved LC...
