10/12/2004 RFE - Never received it.

Faxed and wrote Letter to CIS requesting RFE to be re-issued.

11/12/2004 RFE re-issued(Assumed since Change in LUD)

Never Received RFE.

11/18/2004 - Approval E-Mail received.

My attorney thinks that the 'fake' RFE was due to a system error.

I have the same problem The online status/e-mail said rfe send 10/29/04 then on 11/15/04 I received the approval e-mail but later the online status changed to "we have responded ..." did u experience the same?

Abe - My LUD and the Date on the message changed inregards to RFE. But the message changed directly from the RFE to Approved.
 
CuriosGeorge - Please post your info on incorrect online message.

My case was denied for not responding to RFE in time.
Neither me nor my attorney received it.
Neither the online message reflected that on time. Suddenly it changed on 1st sept'04, to RFE issued in May 04. If not received within 14 days contact USCIS. We contacted then, only to get same message by mail by the end of sept 04, saying RFE was sent to attorney in May '04. Even before we could respond, the case was denied.
485 - RD - oct 2002 (Non concurrent)
