I-485 approved (RD 10/02,ND 11/02) EB-3 Concurrent filing ,NO RFE

Hi all,

Finally I saw those magic words ,couldn't believe it first called my husband and aksed him to check the status again.
I-485 is approved for both my husband and I.
So, after over three years,finally the wait is over.Filed I-485 concurrently,under EB-3 category.

Here are my details.....

LIN 03-032-52****

Files I-140/485 (EB-3)concurrently RD 10/24/02 (Oct,2002) , ND 11/13/02 (Nov,2002).

Applied two EAD's and AP's .

First FP done 12/03/02 (Dec,2002)
Sec FP done 06/12/04 (June,2004) did earlier FP

I-140 approved ---- March,2003
I-485 approved ---- 3rd Aug,2004 NO RFE

Congrats Dolly for the GC, enjoy ur freedom , I have a query , I have the same RD 10/24/2002 and ND as 10/31/2002 , i recieved my second fp notice which is on Sep13 , How can I go earlier for second fp? thanks for your reply

honeyhappy ---Yes you are correct I didn't get any RFE,filed concurrently under EB3.


mgr91221 --- My husband and I just took our FP notice along with passport,and state ID ,Saturday afternoon(06/12/04),one week after we received the FP notice ,they didn't say anything and we got our FP done same day itself, our scheduled appointment was 07/21/04 (can't remember the date exactly).
Its very easy,as long as you have FP notice with you ,you are just fine .
I did the FP in the Denver office.
