I 485 Approved/PP Stamped

Our ordeal finally came to an end today after a long wait at INS.
My details are as follows :

RD 12/99
ND 01/2000
FP March\'00
Tried Senator but without any help. They came back with the "Processing 7/99" answer.
FP expired June 2001
Requested for 2nd FP notice, but was surprised to see the approval
in the mail. PP stamping was an ordeal in itself. Waited for more than 6 hrs. Actual process is straightforward and just took 5 minutes.

Could you post your other details like country, EB category, PD, Approvaed Date and the place of stamping (your local INS office) please?

Looks like TSC is slowly improving in processing 485 cases.

Also, what documents did you have to show ?

Congrats on the approval. Could you post what documents you had
to show during the stamping ? This would be of interest to many of
us who are laid off/forced to change jobs etc.

My case is similar to yours with SRC# 00080XXXXX , how did you
know your fingerprints expired , did you talk to immigration officer
to request 2nt fingerprint notice.
Please advice.

I 485 Approved/Passport Stamped

My other details are EB2, India. PD Oct 98.
Local INS is Dallas. Also, I gave them our EAD\'s, Parole documents,2 ADIT style pictures,I 94 and passport. That\'s it. They did not ask for
anything else. I knew that fingerprints expired after 15 months. Even the IIO confirmed that. I asked them to send me new notices a couple of times, and, they would always say that they would email their supervisor.
 
PP Stamping question

You said it took 6 hours for PP stamping...Could you tell me what time did you reach the INS office in the morning? And how many people were in front of you?
