I-485 approved per AVM

Not on Ciba\'s list

Checked AVM this morning. Said it was approved on March 5th
for self and spouse. Strangely it gave the same old message
last night (you i-485 was received...). Here are my case details

PD: 09/1999 (EB2 RIR India)
labor approved: 01/2000
I-140 approved (July 2000)
I-485 ND (10/31/2000)
FP (02/10/2001, did FP on scheduled date)
EAD/AP approved 02/2001
I-485 approved (03/05/2001 per AVM)

i have heard that INS systems updates around 9:30 PM. Do u think this could be true.

Its probably true. I checked around 8pm last night and
around 8:30 am this morning.

Still waiting for Approval, EAP,AP,FP Done
I long It will take to get approval. At this time can I travel. I dont have valid visa, but I have H1 approval notice expire 02/2002.
Please advise

I called up AVM at NVS CSC and it says that my petition date is now current. I have opted for consular processing and the priority date is
Nov 1999 in EB3. What does this mean?

You can travel as long as you have a
valid H1 stamp.
