NO RFE but three I-140s due to company acquisitions.

Hello Everyone,

Few minutes ago I checked the AVM at VSC. Heard the message that my case has been approved. My wife and son also got it approved. Me and my colleagues have gone through a lot during this 4 year period with two acquisitions, four attorney changes and project instability etc.. It has been a tough period with lots of ups and downs.

My sincere thanks to the visitors of this site posting some valuable information and to Rajiv Khanna who spoke to me couple of years ago answering an immigration question.

Wishing everyone good luck.

In this 5 years journey I have accumulated a huge file, a lot of grey hair, spent about $10k and still cannot convince a lot of older Indian immigrants why it took 5 years for me. Wife think it\'s worth, especially for daughter\'s future, I do not.
