I-485 Approved: PD March 1999: ND : Feb 2000.

Hi everybody,

I finally got my approval notice in the mail yesterday. It has been a very lengthy journey with I-485 though the prior stages were pretty quick. This board has helped me tremendously as well as my collegue Venkat Kodi though I was not an active participant in the discussions.

my approval date on the notice is Dec 28.

Pretty much sure that they are working.

Stamping experience

I got the stamping done here at Dallas INS on stemmon\'s freeway. Reached there at 6 am. We were let inside the building after about 1.5 to 2 hrs. It was very cold outside. If anyone is going that early do not forget to pack yourself well (as well as some snacks if you are with kids). Inside the room took the pictures for 10$ each(I did not carry from home) and waited till 11:15 am and finally got stamped. OOPS for a 2 minites work almost had to wait for 3 years and in the line for 5 hours. God bless America.
