I learned from my lawer today that my case had been approved on November 5, 2001. Here are the details:

EB2/China
PD: 1/7/99
RD: 9/12/01
ND: 9/26/01

Talked to an IIO two weeks ago and was told that my case was with an officer and would take between 30 and 60 days to be processed.
