I-485 Approved on May 7th after RFE

Dear all,

I think TSC is doing their job! Before 9AM today, the status are still
"RFE received on May 6th". My wife checked out the approvals after
10AM. That was supposed a birthday gift from officer #450 for my
wife :)

I do recommand you "DO SOMETHING" instead of waiting passively.
I called and asked for the FP in Jan. 2003. FP in Feb.2003.
I sent FAX/letter and requested attention on my FP expiration date
on April 10, 2004.
I received RFE on April 26 and sent out response on May 3th, 2004.

Please update the RFE tracking sheet for me.

I-140 ND: 12/27/2001
I-140 AD: 03/29/2002
I-485 ND: 04/29/2002
RFE (#450): 04/22/2004
RFE rcv'd: 05/06/2004
I-485 AD: 05/07/2004

Congratulation free2move04, you are so lucky to get approved after ref ack'd one day. glad to see more 02 cases approved. we need more, TSC.
 
The letter is a standard one

The letter is a standard one that has been posted on this board long time
ago. You just ask for expediting the processing of your case because of
FP expiration date.

Catch the waves of appovals

My friends,

Based on my case, I encourage you "DO SOMETHING" and hopefully your
approval will be coming soon. Looks like TSC is putting more officers to
I-485 pending cases now. Who knows what will be the next priority? By
the way, it takes longer to process I-140 cases now than in the first
half of 2002. Catch the waves of approvals!

This forum is excellent for us! And we support ourselves somehow.
