As per AVM my case is approved on 4/18/01. Here are my details. ciba pl. update.

PD 8/95
Labor (reg/DOL-SF) approved 7/99
I-140 (EB2-CSC) (after RFE in 8/00)approved in mid 12/00
H1 6years completed 11/28/00; Applied for H1-Extension on 11/01/00 using New law and got approval in mid 1/01.
I-485/AP/EAD(CSC):
RD 1/5/01
PD 1/22/01
AP 2/12/01 recvd 2/23/01
FP 3/3/01 as scheduled
EAD 3/15/01
Approved on 4/18/01
What a relief.

Its WAC-01-083-XXXXX(83rd working day in CSC-year 2001 which begins on 10/1/00). Yours should be approved any minute. Good luck.
