Hi all:
wanted to share with you all that finally INS works on some old
cases too. Our applications were approved. I just
happened to check AVM on friday evening.
Priority Date 1/99 (EB2/India)
I-485 ND 7/00 (filed as part of EB2 litigation! yes 2000 case)
AP and EAD approved 11/00
first FP 1/01 (done as scheduled)
filed for second AP/EAD : 10-01-01
second FP just for me (applicant) : 9-29-01 (schedule date was 10/15/01)
Approved on : 10-18-01
Have not received the appproval in mail yet.
Note: i am not on ciba\'s list. But frequently visted this site.
