Heard on AVM that case approved on Feb. 22
TSC, EB2 NIW self-petitioned, country: other
RD 12/99, ND 1/00
FP1 3/00
FP2 1/02
2 EADs, 1AP
Called IIO couple of times verifying the results of FP1 and regarding the delay
in receving EAD cards.
Moved to Midwest, sent a letter to TSC (the style described on their website)
informing about the change of address. Called IIO after some time and verified
the change of address (it was changed).
2nd EAD was ~ 1 week overdue after 90 days from RD
and local INS office refused to issue interim card because the card was in the
mail. They promised to help somehow if I would not get it in a couple of weeks.
I got the card in a couple of days and it was in the mail for about 2 weeks.
In the begining of Dec. 01 called IIO and requested fingerprint redo notice.
Received the notice 2 weeks after the call.
Did 2nd fingerprinting in the begining of Jan. 02. Approximately 6 weeks after
this the case was approved.
I did the whole process by myself without an attorney. This site provided usefull
information regarding the whole procedure.
Good luck to everyone!
