I-485 Approved (May 2002 RD)

Got 4 Emails today morning that our I-485's got approved on 16th Aug 2004.

Here are the details about my case:

Labor Applied on May 2000, approved on Sep 2000
I-140 Applied in March 2002, approved on May 2002.

I485:
RD: 05/29/2002
ND: 06/02/2002
1st FP: 07/26/2002 (Newark)
2nd FP: 05/28/2004 (Newark)
AD: 08/16/2004

I expected a medical RFE as both me and wife didn't take any Immunizations. But still we got approved without any RFE.
 
Congrats zedai2002. Wow you got approved in 18 days after FP2. We did FP2 on May 13th. No news til date. Did your LUD change? Which state are you from? Did you call 800#/contact senator/congressman?

i am also from nj. rd april 2002 and fp2 may 15 2004.

still waiting. i have submitted an inquiry around two weeks back but still waiting.
 
I live in NJ and called up senator last month and received a message that it would take another 60 to 90 days , than I called USCIS and started leavel 1 enquiry.

No LUD change after 1st finger print in 2002, till yesterday night it was showing my first finger print info.

But today at 12.30 PM i have received 4 emails from USCIS.

Hope you will get yours soon, it's matter of time, but how much time no one knows this is the sad part.
 
I think contacting senator will not help much, it's better to call USCIS and start level 1 enquiry once you notice date is past. this might have triggered my Approval.

Congrats Zedai2002 on your approval.

I too a May 2002 filer - no LUD or message change after my first FP in 2002. How did you initiate level 1 inquiry with USCIS? Can you post the procedure please? Thanks
