IT takes about a year to get the Name Check done..so make sure it's been initiated.

I'm in NY as well and put an inquiry thru the Senator Clinton's website about a week ago. I didn't hear from them yet. I didn't get to talk to a live person. They directed the phone calls to the immigration office voicemail...

I'm in NY as well and put an inquiry thru the Senator Clinton's website about a week ago. I didn't hear from them yet. I didn't get to talk to a live person. They directed the phone calls to the immigration office voicemail...

just give me the phones nos. of the senators/congress guys(of NJ who you contacted) which may not go to a voice-mail.Not only will I phone them I shall go and pitch tent in front of their offices to get their attention.....

Let me know how it goes, cause i did that too. No reply for month and a half. I have an impression that now they are processing 2004-Summer 2005 cases. It's my impression only, it is based on the approvals from VSC that are posted here. Immigrationwatch.com has statistics on this matter, but i don't know what are their sources.
