I-140 filed (NIW, Eb1) on Oct 6, 2004.

I-140 approved on Feb, 2005

Fingerprinting and biometrics done on March 30, 2005 (early fingerprinting)

I-485 approved on May 6, 2005


** My H1b transfer is pending and I also applied for EAD card. Should I write to INS to cancell them all?
 
LUD on I-485 was ; the day after fingerprinting, and When the results from FBI was received (about 7 days after fingerprinting). Then it was changed to approval.
 
Congrats. If they do their job properly, then they should deny the EAD and H1B, citing the approval of the I-485.

I presume it was EB1-EA?

What do you mean "early fingerprinting"? When did you originally file your I-485? Thanks.

May I ask when you filed your H1b transfer ?
 
I-485 was concurrently filed with I-140. I did biometrics 1 month earlier than the designated date. H1b transfer was 1 month earlier than early biometrics.
