I-485 approved I-140 for CP

PD :July99, RD:Jan2001 ND Feb2001, My case was assigned to officer in the month of October
 
nashg - a quick question..

As per your posting your CP based I-140 case was assigned to an officer in October 01 and got approved on Dec 16, 01 - after approximately 2 months. Also most of the cases with March 01 RD have been approved.

Do you think either or both circumstances were a result of CP based I-140 and did you or your attorney do anything?

his details matches with my friend\'s details. My friend says his 485 got delayed 2 months because of CP.I think CPSDT (cp standard delay time) could be anywhere from 2 to 4 months.

Yes You are correct, CP delay time 2 to 4 months. My case was approved on dec13, I checked message on 16th evening. Thanks for all your help to track GC cases.
