I-485 Approved - EB3 PD 9/2002

I am glad to report that our I-485 finally got approved. The whole GC process took over 7 years.

It was EB3 case from Pakistan. PD= 9/5/2002

I got RFEs on all stages... Labor Cert, I-140, I-485. We responded with over 200 pages to RFEs.

When Priority date became current on 2/1/2010. I placed a SR on my case on 2/5/2010. Case approved in a week. But my wife's case didn't get any update. I opened SR on my wife's case on 2/10/2010... her case approved in week also. So, SR do work!!

Thanks to everyone who helped and counseled in tough times of RFEs. Thanks for this excellent forum.
