I-485 approved but ...

Hi guys,

I just received 4 e-mails from USCIS. The msg for my wife simply says that the case has been approved, but the msg for me says ...

"On December 13, 2004, we mailed you a notice that we certified our approval of this case and sent it to the appellate body for review. The notice explains in detail the basis for this proposed action. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address."

Do any of you know what this means?

Congratulations! Do not give a damn and sleep tight.....I got same for I-140. Infact the Online status still says same and we already received the approvals. If you want to dig into it....you will find plenty of these cases mentioned in this forum yet not a single one which was not approved....enjoy!

I too got same strange message for my I-140. but got normal approval notice by mail. So dont worry and ignore the message.

I was thinking the same a while ago that I might break the record on LUD changes. I bet that too many LUD changes are not really good. I got RFE on I-140 and I-485. there were many LUDs before and after RFEs. now LUD keeps on changing for my 2 EAD. I am scarying that it may trigger one more RFE. I tired of getting RFE's. I cant tolerate anymore
