I-485 Approved, but waiting for the Green Card since 5 months. Filing G-731V

Hi all,
My wife got her I-485 case approved about 6 months back, and got the passport stamping done about 5 months back. We have changed our address about 3 months back and updated BCIS about it. But there was no status change on ordering of the GreenCard so far.

Few days back, when I called BCIS, I was suggested to file G-731V ( for Vermont Service Center) to inquire about the status of I-551 Alien Registration Card. Did anyone do this before. Do we have to fill just Page 2, or both the pages?

just for your information. I waited 5 months (5/21 - 10/11) and finally the card arrived. yours may be on the way. :D

as to the form G731, I considered to send one, but did not. I heard it's not very useful.

I got another question:
What's the difference between Applicant and Petitioner. Who is who? We are filling this form for the delay in receiving my wife's Card.
 
The Petitioner is your employer if yours is a employment based case and you and your wife are the applicants
