I-485 approved but only Code 1 done

On 4/9/07 I got an "Approval Notice Sent" email on my I-485 (TSC) but there have not been any messages before or after this one regarding card ordered/mailed etc., just a few no-status-change LUDs on 4/6, 4/7 and 4/10. I am a bit concerned since my biometrics appointment that was done 2/22/2007 was Code 1 (FP only) and apparently TSC does not have the digital picture and index FP for my card. Should I just wait for a new (Code 2?) appointment notice or should I try calling TSC or Local office and schedule Code 2 appt myself?
Anyone else in the same boat?

I am assuming that you did FP for EAD. At that time, they take your picture. So, you will be fine.
By the way, what was the last status message on your case JUST before approval

How can that be?
