I-485 approved and problem

Hi!
My husband\'s case has been approved on May, 7th and received a notice letter. Although I applied it with him, my case is still pending according to AVM. What can I do? Does it happened very often?
We are not on any lists.

I talked to IIO twice(3/7&4/4). The last time I talked to IIO, was told that we would hear any news within 90 days.

Ask your lawyer to send a fax. This seems to happen but the timelag in your case seems to be large.

I am in the same boat. My and my daughters case was approved on 5/7 but wife\'s case is still pending. I spoke to IIO but it was of no use. She could only tell me onething that case is still pending.....not sure what to do.
