I recieved my card on Dec 3rd and would like to thank everyone for their views and recommendations (especially ginnu and real canadian). It had been a journey that lasted more than 5 yrs and stuck in name check for 1 1/2 yrs. I wrote to the Indiana senator and they did inquire about the pending status. Not sure it was a coincidence!!!
