I-485 Approved After I-140 RFE Amend

COngrats. I am very happy for you. Yesterday we were surprised to find out that our 140 was approved on december 5th itself. we got a courtesy copy. We will call them today and hopefully post a GOOD NEWS.

yesterday, we were surprised to receive a courtesy copy stating that our 140 is approved on the 5th itself. therefore we tried AVM to check if it\'s updated. but, no luck there. Both our 140\'s and 485\'s message has not changed. Will call them as per your advise and will post back soon. I hope i can get through the phone lines.

We called them and she said that they have received the response to RFE (amended I140) on the 4th, and it is still pending.
