My I-485 was finally approved after a really looooooong wait.
The applications for me & my wife have been pending with TSC
for 840 days. Received the courtesy approval notices for
both applications in mail today. Here are my application details:
PD: 4/99
RD: 2/00
ND: 2/00
FP1: 4/00
FP2: 11/01
EAD: 3 approved, 4th pending
AP : 5/9/02
Please note that I had to contact my congressman\'s office to get
the approval. The applications were approved less than 2 weeks after
an enquiry was sent to INS from the congressman\'s office.
My sincere thanks to Mr. Khanna & his staff for their efforts
in providing these immensly useful forums. The wealth of information
available by interaction via these discussion forums has always been
the primary source for suggestions & feedback.
