Wife's case is still pending for approval.

If I am not mistaken, this is the first case from EAC-02-056 series approval that is being posted on this board.

His ND is the same as mine Dec 6. Since EAC # is based on ND, I am pretty sure that his EAC # starts with 02-056

Maybe he can confirm?

Yes, the receipt # started with EAC-02-056...

The RFE was for an employment letter only. However, my attorney did attached xic-month paystubs with the employer letter since I changed my job after 180 days of filing I-485.

I can't believe that my case was approved.
