I-485 Approvals

Are there anybody with ND dates of 0ct 99 and earlier whose I-485 has not been approved yet. I recieved my RFE on June 13th 2001 from the INS and they acknowledged that they recieved it on July 2nd 2001 throgh the AVM. I am waiting for my approval. Anybody in the same boat ? Please discuss your case...

I sent the RFE on June 28th 2001 and it got updated on July 2nd 2001.

I believe it generally takes anywhere between one to eight weeks for the RFE to get approved.

When did you check with IIO? Did IIO told you that your case with officer but pending or mere pending.

AFAIK..recent worst case took 7 weeks.....the best took 5 days.

I checked last week and the IIO told me that my case is with an IIO and it is under review.

gc_ss , I am here PD 4/97 RD 8/99 ND 9/99. No RFE. Was on hold due to name change until Jun 19,1. Now assigned ?
