I-140 --June 23rd Approved
I-485 -- July 6th received RFE

so how does all this affect people with concurrent filings in 2003?
 
NSC acting wired? In a point they are trying to show progress but in the other side they are missing all the process and the trust.
It is the voting year!!

Could you please let us know what's the RFE you had on I-485??

I have been a reading this site for a long time..This link really making me excite..since 2004 Filers are also getting approved..That's really a Good sign for Concurrent Filers :) .

This is positive

Being a Jan 03 filer I feel let down but at the same time cannot ignore the fact that this will keep the backlog from growing. If all the apps are touched only once things will certainly improve. I have a few friends who will be filing in the near future and it will be great if they can finish the process in six months.

Hi ps21,
Do a simple Excel Scan check, you will find atleast 10 approved cases with same RD as mine. This will make ur self clear whether it is hoax or reality.

Thanks for the others who congratulated me, i have received the approval letter also in mail.

My RFE is for H1 extension petetion details, EVL, paystubs.
Responded on 08/11. LUD changed on 8/11, 8/12, 8/13, 8/16 and approved on 8/30. My wife no RFE/no change in LUD, directly approved.
