I-485 approvals with receipt date in 2004

'think you need to sober up. drinking too much damages your grey cells!

since there has been at-least one approved case in CSC under the pilot program - RD:04/13/2004 AD:06/17/2004, cocktail's not totally wasted hoping NSC might follow suit ...

I-140/485/AP/EAD: RD 12-feb-2004, NSC/EB3/RIR
EAD Approved 29-mar-2004
AP Approved 01-apr-2004
FP1 done on 26-apr-2004
I-140 approved 29-jun-2004
I-485 RFE on 02-jul-2004

waiting for RFE details...

Good to know that NSC touched your I485 immediately after approving I140, looks like NSC started doing concurrent processing. Hopefully we see more I140/485 approvals for 2003 filers soon.

Keep us posted on your RFE details.

Also just curious to know your Labor Priority date ?

I know I said you may be day dreaming, but after you provided your details looks like youmay be onto something. Yours may be the FIRST concurrent case that we know of, that may be adjuticated together ! Please do keep us posted on any new developments regarding your 485. Wish you all the best for a speedy 485 approval !!

My labor priority date is April, 2003.

no where it is said that 2004 cases take precedence over prior years, but if you look at the way NSC is approving we cannot predict the pattern, they are random. Its all LUCK...
