Friends - the Train has arrived! Here are my details.

LIN# 01-276-52xx. EB3, WI. British citizenship.
RD 8/31/01
ND 9/28/01
RFE 10/28/02
Question: "How was I in status from Jan-2002 onwards"
Answer: My H1B expired in 1/5/02. EAD approved 11/5/01. EAD renewed 11/5/02. Sent company letterhead as to verify current employment, anticipating 2nd RFE for employment verification.
AVM: Approved as of 1/27/03.
Online status not changed yet. Hopefully no revocation of approval!!
RFE received 11/6/02

And yes, I will update Rupnet!

So, hand in there folks, X-mas may be late ...

But Santa is coming to town!

I feel a little sheepish because an Indian employee, who filed for his I-485 b4 mine, is still awaiting adjudication. So, in as much, you wishing me, let's wish my friend who filed b4 I did, lot's of luck!!

So there's a lag between AVM and online status....hmmm. Something to keep in mind.

NSC seems to be "waking up" for

certain cases only i.e. for individuals from certain countries only.
Here's hoping....
