Hi everyone, I\'m not in Ciba\'s list but I\'m a regular visitor of this site. I would like to thank Ciba for maintaining this site. Ciba you\'re really doing a great job.

ND: 11/00
1st FP: 02/24/01 (unsuccessful-went to Los Angeles office for another FP authorization)
2nd FP: 03/06/01 (successful)
AD: 05/22/01 (AVM not updated, received notice in the mail)
Category: EB-3 (Philippines)

I had called IIO once last May 10, 2001 and was told that they received my FP last April 25, 2001 and that my papers are in the adjucation room. I strongly believe that the FP Theory is right.

Neo, I think the reason it took so long for him to file AOS
is probably due to regular LC, or employer changes.

Ciba is right Neo. It was a regular LC though I did not change employer at all. My 6th year of H1-B expires last March 31, 2001 but luckily I got the EAD on Feb., 2001. My case is quite complicated and I\'m not expecting my I-485 approval w/o the interview. I also filed under 245i. God works in mysterious ways and INS works in their on ways.
